Under my interpretation:
- Proteins can also be worked with those of plant origin (soy, legumes, quinoa, chia, …)
- Fats. You can not miss a good omega 3 (blue fish, nuts, kamut flour, …), our EVOO and the first cold pressed seed oil.
- Slowly absorbed hydrates such as oatmeal, whole grains, vegetables, berries, bulgur, peas … A nuance: as I do not contemplate refined products, fiber is more than enough with the recommended products.
- Antioxidants, I always separate them because for me they are a source of life and energy. They are found in plant products (fruits and vegetables) and are usually vitamins and trace elements.
