How many times have you considered doing something?
Without knowing you, I would say that most of the time you have been left alone in the approach. It is a widespread practice in the Nutrition consultation and in life itself. I understand what goes through your mind many times, because those same fears go through mine every day (in another context).
should do, I should change… are poorly formulated phrases that tell us what overwhelms us and we are not able to control for now. There is something more hidden in those famous “duties”, that evil label sent from hell itself is indicating not only that it is an action that you do not master, but that it is an action that you do not want to do.
What happens to you and how can you empower yourself to act?
Rather than telling you what to do, I prefer you to decide. Indeed, the most important thing is to see what you are willing and where you want to reach. Many times what we are doing does not make a global sense and can only trigger effort and frustration.
Before you start, it is better to stop and think. Or betterto dream.
What person do you want to be? What do you want to get? Am I willing to do everything necessary to achieve it? Am I being realistic with me?
A clear image of how you will be is a reason to start and act. Do you want to be different? Visualize yourself, act and become it. I want to share with you 3 keys to success in putting into action:

* You have to be very clear about what it means to obsess here. It is a way to have strength to start doing things and not stop that momentum. A clear example: when you start walking or running from scratch. The first day you hate it, the second you try hard to do it, days you may enjoy it and something is missing from your routine if you don’t.
