You have completed and passed our wonderful 5k Challenge. Now you are excited, able to do anything and really want to learn to eat and do things well to maintain your weight.
The most complicated has happened, now you have a blank canvas ready to draw your new story.
The usual thing when they finish Challenge 5k is to continue with Nutrition Education. We have weekly contacts where I indicate and explain how to continue, I send you your plans and recommendations, we share feelings, ideas and objectives almost daily. And, above all, we make a great alliance of trust and commitment.
We have advantages in this new project, thanks to the experience of the challenge,your mind is ready for the next step. Some of these advances are:
- The stomach gets smaller, so you are soon pleased
- Your mind is more prepared for fasting or to eat little
- You have shown that energy comes from you, not from what you eat

Staying is the most!
Despite what you believe, maintaining your weight is the easiest. When the body loses weight, for example 15 kg, both physically and metabolically it is adapted to that new shape.
The body, provided there is no disease that prevents it, has great adaptability to changes. What is not so flexible are our beliefs and customs, acquired during all our years of life, in a matter of weeks and months they do not change quickly. That is why the power of affirmations and self-suggestion would help us in this field.
A physicist adapted to losing weight
Sometimes the situation is given that in a maintenance a patient keeps going down.
Although incredible, the body has taken an inertia and we must show that we do not want to lose more. Do not eat more, just respect the 5 meals of the day and rest more, the stress is putting your hand is that assumption.
